⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service at Melvin’s Tires in Johnston! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Melvin’s Tires in Johnston. I came in to have all four of my tires changed, and from the moment I walked through the door, the service was absolutely excellent. Kaylee at the front desk was fantastic. She was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, and made the entire process completely stress-free. She answered my questions, kept everything moving smoothly, and made me feel like I was genuinely taken care of rather than just being another customer. The best part was how quick and efficient everything was. I had little to no wait at all, and my tires were changed without any unnecessary delays. The waiting area was also clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s rare nowadays to find a business where the customer service, efficiency, professionalism, and overall experience are all this good. Melvin’s Tires absolutely delivered. A huge thank you to Kaylee and the entire team for taking such great care of me and my vehicle. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future tire needs, and I’ll have no problem recommending

Have had more problems than anything else at this place. Chance after chance I've given, mostly because it was convenient for me...but today was the final straw. Brought my other half down to drop off his vehicle at 8AM when they opened. Told them, be back to pick it up before noon. All that was ordered was a lousy oil change and a tire rotation, which should have been done in an hour tops! Drove him back there at 11:30 and the car was sitting in the same place with nothing having been done. Then the girl with brown hair in a pony tail, says we'll have it done in 30 minutes. The car sat for another 20 minutes and finally my other half asked for keys, she gave them back and didn't apologize or anything. This is one of many instances similar. No more tires, no more brakes, no more oil changes, no more nothing from my household!

Chris at the front is great with customers and from what I’ve seen the team as well. He serviced my flat tire and was a quick fix. Then sent my mother in law to get all her tires done and she also told me how great his customer service skills were and she really likes this shop. We just moved over this way and we have found our new shop. I’ve come back to get the rest of my tires done as well as my spark plugs and the made the time to fix the leak I had that messed up my plugs, same day! Great team here!!! Even let me borrow a charger. Thanks guys. Also the young lady who works here took care of me the first time, she was the best.

Had another amazing experience at Melvin's this morning. I drive 30 minutes (which is far in Rhode Island) due to the excellent and fair service. Manager, Chris, goes above and beyond to communicate issues, price and wait time with transparency and professionalism. He is honest and trustworthy- quickly fixing small issues and ensuring total happiness with the service work done. Kaleigh at the desk is great at checking in on the timeline of repairs and scope of the work. I never feel pressured into extra parts, upcharging or repairs. I've had oil changes, inspections, both sets of brakes and rotors, all new tires and alignment. The staff seem happy to work there and proud of what they do. I usually wait with my car instead of dropping off and appreciate the WiFi to work and cold water machine. There is also a Dunkin Donuts a few shops down and a Tractor Supply next door to burn some time. Staff have been conscientious in expediting service and checking in on the timeline when I've come with small children. Safety is important to me as I drive far with two young kids. I'm thankful to have found a small shop that values the same things I do. Thank you, Melvins!
